An integral part of any SFA system is company-wide integration among different
deperartments. If SFA systems aren`t adopted and properly intregrated to all
deperetments, there might be a lack of communication that could resilt in
different deperartments contacting the some customer for the some purpose
In order to mitigate this risk, SFA must be fully intregrated in all deperetments
that deal with customer service management.
